The Domaine’s Manoir and the loft villa can also be reserved individually (15 people in the manor, 4/6 people in the villa). The manor offers you the atmosphere of a large family home. The barn combines the design of an open loft and the charm of an old stone estate. The suites of the manor can also be reserved individually as guest rooms. Each suite has a capacity of 2 to 5 people.

The Magnolias
Ground-floor suite on the terrace under the Magnolias
This 70 m2 suite for 2 people overlooks the large south-facing terrace, the lawn and the French garden.
Enjoy the large living room and elegant bedroom (with a 180 x 200 bed) and ensuite bathroom all nestled in the heart of the grounds. No matter the season, open the French windows and let the beauty of the gardens in or snuggle around the fireplace in the cozy living room with its English feel.
The `Iceberg

This 70 m2, south-facing suite, offers a view of the park, the French garden and the Le Mans countryside. You will particularly appreciate the presence of a clawfoot bath and a shower in the luxurious marble and rose gold bathroom from ‘Devon & Devon’. Composed of a bedroom with a 180×200 bed (which can be separated into two 90×200 beds on request) it also allows room for a third bed in the period woodwork alcove of the living room where a comfortable sofabed “the Monde Sauvage” in its linen and velvet covering can be used.

This 60 m2 suite offers you a small, cozy lounge area, a dressing room, a bedroom with a 180×200 bed (which can be separated into two 90X200 beds on request) and a small additional attic bedroom ideal for one or two children.
The large bathroom has two basins and a very large walk-in shower, all ‘Devon & Devon’.
From the large French bedroom and bathroom windows, you can enjoy the sunset over the countryside and the view of the 15th century dovecote overlooking the square courtyard of the estate, its geometric garden dotted with boxwood and yew trees, carved into topiary.
The Canopy

Nestled under the roof of the manor, this large suite of 70 m2 has been designed as a dormitory with 4 beds (90×190) a small separate living room and bathroom. Enjoy this space in the heart of the lime trees that surround the house, a superb view of the stars and all with the comforts of a large house.
Ideal for 4 people, 4 children or a family of 4 sharing the same room and if you’re lucky, you may see the owl of the domain … You will have the feeling of falling back into childhood !
The Topiaries

This suite offers a triple aspect with views of the lawns to the east, the garden to the south and the courtyard to the west at sunset. With a surface area of 80 m2, it can accommodate 2 to 5 people in three separate bedrooms : a bedroom with a 180×200 bed, a bedroom with a 90×190 bed and a bedroom with a 140×200 sofabed (all with high quality French bedding). The bathroom has alarge walk-in shower in an acanthus décor reminiscent of garden plants and a Devon & Devon double vanity unit.
From the bedrooms and living room, the view of the gardens punctuated by topiaries extends into the rolling countryside. The living room (which can be transformed into a bedroom) offers a cozy alcôve and a sunset on the bocage landscape of Le Mans.
The Villa loft

Independantly located from the manor, the old barn has been tastefully converted into aloft-style villa of 120 m2 which is surrounded by meadows and orchards. The bedrooms are on the mezzanine level, separated by an artelier-style wall of glass and accessible by a spiral staircase. They offer breathtaking views of the countryside, each has its own bed (180×200) which can be divided into two beds of 90×100 on request. One bedroom has its own bathtub with lion’s feet. On the ground floor the large, open kitchen offers 45 m2 of space and hosts a living and a dining area. Toilets, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a double vanity unit as well as a boot room / laundry room are at your disposal. There are 3 external doors that lead to the orchard, the patio and to the stable. So come with your horses, you can observe them from your living room !

The rooms
The bedding is a high-end French bedding. Bed linen such as hemp is healthy and ecological, made of natural textile fibers of high quality and extremelysoftness. With the exception of the Magnolias suite, all double beds in 180x200 are also twins (they can be separated in 2 single beds of 90x200 on request).
Bathrooms/powder rooms
The bathroom furniture is top-of-the-range (Devon&Devon). All bathrooms are equipped with towel rails and hairdryers. Hospitality products are top-of-the-range and organic (Molton Brown). Toilets are separate from bathrooms/shower rooms. Bath linens are eco-designed using an ecological material : bamboo, and are extremely soft.
The Manor
The manor has a large equipped kitchen with high-end appliances large capacity, a large living room with fireplace of 50 m2, a washing machine & tumble dryer, a piano and a bar. A large terrace facing south can also accommodate about thirty guests.
The loft villa
The loft has a fully equipped kitchen, a mud-room, a washing machine & a washing machine, a bathroom on the ground floor with double sinks and walk-in shower, a toilet and a bathroom on the floor.
