This suite of 70 m2 for 2 people overlooks the large terrace facing south, the park and the French garden. Particularly pleasant in winter by the fireplace in the large cozy living room with English spirit or open window in summer, the bathroom / shower, the bedroom (with a bed 180×200) and the living room give you the feeling of being in the heart of the park and garden.

The `Iceberg
This suite of 70 m2, facing South, offers views of the park, the French garden and the countryside of Le Mans. You will particularly appreciate the presence of a lion’s foot bathtub and a shower in the luxurious marble and rose gold bathroom from Devon & Devon. Composed of a bedroom with a bed 180×200 it also allows a bed in alcove of period woodwork of the living room in a real sofa bed “the Wild World” in mixture linen and velvet, cozy and comfortable.

The Topiaries
Triple exposure with park view to the East, garden to the South and courtyard to the West at sunset for this suite of 80 m2 to accommodate 2 to 3 people in two separate bedrooms. The bathroom has its large walk-in shower in an acanthus décor reminiscent of garden plants and a Devon & Devon double vanity unit.
From the rooms, the view of the French garden punctuated by topiaries extends into the rolling countryside. The small lounge offers a cocooning alcove and a sunset over the bocage landscape of Le Mans.
