The Domaine de La Massonnière is located in the Sarthe, 30 minutes from Le Mans, a short train journey from Paris (Le Mans to Montparnasse in 50 minutes), and 2 hours from the renowned abbey at Mont Saint-Michel. Pascaline and Emmanuel welcome you to their guest house

Pascaline and Emmanuel, qualified landscape designers,  continue to maintain and develop the gardens  with a contemporary touch while respecting  its history  and Pascaline, a graduate from the Boulle School in Paris, applied her interior-design skills to all the rooms and loft of the Manoir.

A personalized welcome

We will take great care to ensure that you have a pleasant stay. A shuttle service is offered to you from Le Mans TGV station.

A privatized domain

You can book the mansion or the renovated barn separately, or the entire domain can be reserved for your private use.

Products from the garden and Sarthe

A local breakfast using local and garden products is offered to you.

Our breakfast of organic and locally sourced products, can be served in your room, in the dinning-room or in the garden. Breakfast is included.

The estate offers secure parking for more than 10 cars.

Tourist guides and leaflets are at your disposal (maps, plans, etc.,) to visit the surrounding area.

Pool, spa & sports

During your stay, you can benefit from free access to the professional 6-seater jacuzzi, including 2 reclining ones with full massage by jets and bubbles outside in a garden. A massage area and a gym are also available. A 15X5 meter heated swimming pool is planned for June 2024.

7 suites, 3 bathrooms, 4 shower rooms, 2 kitchens 2 washing machines, 2 dryers, ironing facilities available. Three horse boxes in the stables, and a training arena.

The estate is very comfortable, the rooms are tastefully furnished, the owners organize very interesting guided tours of the listed garden, and we really liked the barn that has been stylishly renovated into a loft."
