Whether a photo shoot, an event, a family birthday or a wedding, we prepare the manor & the gardens for you !
The 10 acre estate can accommodate 15 people in the manor and 4 to 6 people in the loft. Two kitchens are at your disposal as well as 2 washing machines, 2 dryers and 3 large fridges / freezers.
The large lawns, variety of trees, fish pond and French gardens invite you to rest and take a relaxing stroll at your leisure.
We can set a large table under the lime trees or on the large lawn facing the French garden and the countryside for your pleasure. You can access the estate by car, motorcycle, helicopter or even on horseback ! Indeed, we have converted the loft-style villa with a space dedicated to horses…near the stables and the estate’s private riding arena, this former barn offers you all the comforts of a contemporary gite focused on equine pleasure. You can even watch your horse from the living room !
The estate is also ideally located for the Le Mans 24-hour race and is still available for the Le Mans classic 2023 period.

We privatize the entire domain
You can enjoy a quiet stay in a unique place thanks to the privatization of the entire estate: the manor, the loft-style villa and the gardens, with beds for 21 people. An exceptional venue for a weddings, photo shoots, film shoots, shows or concerts, indoors and outdoors,. its chic and rural beauty, blooms for all seasons and the attention to decoration and detail provide an ideal setting.
Your guest room in the mansion
Spend a weekend or a holiday in a prestigious suite
You can individually book one of the 5 suites of the manor and enjoy the ‘homemade’ breakfast prepared, using local products, by Pascaline and Emmanuel. All the suites are independent apartments where you will enjoy a large living room with a fireplace, the large south facing terrace and the multiple gardens of the estate offering you a walk full of discoveries.
EQUESTRIAN FACILITIES
A shelter, a riding arena, a meadow and stables for your horses
A space dedicated to horses in the middle of nature
Everything is perfect for you to spend a stay with your horses in complete safety. The loft-style house, which can accommodate 4 to 6 people, is adjacent to the stables which have 3 boxes for your horses, one of which is visible from the living room of the accommodation.. A 70 m x 30 m riding arena of soft ground is located nearbyand if you want to go horseback riding, the forêt de Charnie with equestrian courses is 30 minutes away !

30 minutes from the city of Le Mans and the 24h Le Mans by car, we are also located 1h30 from Paris and 2h from Charles de Gaulle airport. Access by helicopter is possible.

We have preserved the history of the estate and the manor while bringing a touch of modernity in the decoration. The paintings and wallpapers have been chosen according to the desired atmospheres and in season with the gardens. The design objects and antique objects tell the story of the different eras of the place.

Sleeps 20 and up to 50 people
21 people can sleep in the house and about 50 people can be accommodated during your stay. Birthdays, small weddings, family celebrations or romantic weekends, we adapt to your desires !
